Due to COVID-19, I had to make an appoint, though I was able to come in on the same day. I traded-in my Honda for a used Subaru they had at an incredible price. CJ was great to work with. His supervisor, Mike, also took the time to explain to us some details on their trade-in offer. Financing took more time than expected, though I'm not upset (I have all the time in the world during quarantine.) I really appreciate their One Price model, and the fact that their sales staff aren't paid commission. Also, take a look at their shop: it's huge, it's clean, and it's incredible!
