Chateau OTL resort was amazing, the service from the bellhop's to the concierge, to the staff that texted me a welcome message and answered my questions at midnight were awesome. The suite we stayed in was perfect, the first night I had a sunburn and was really hot, so the kids and wife stayed in the bedroom 72f, and I stayed on the pullout couch, 65f each room had it's own thermostat.

The pools were perfect my daughter and son both met other kids and played and had fun, while my wife and I sat in the hot tub and relaxed. The pool staff brought water every hour and they made sure the kids had toys and the parents had drinks.

We are in the atrium cafe which had the most amazing chips and dip appetizer, we all over ate, including the 3 year old picky water.

This was an amazing place to stay and relax.
