Was so dissapointed by our recent and last service...

Was so dissapointed by our recent and last service visit to Prestige. In the past it has been so great. We bought 2 cars there because of this but no more. I don't even think they did anything with the car. It seemed like they just put it in the lot and then brought it back in after an hour or two. The staff was annoyed with us right from the start because we asked them to pull their masks up off their chins and over their mouth and noses when they were inside the office space with us. That was it- dirty looks, sighs, huffs, and no service. I wrote 2 reviews for them just like this one and got no response except now to share my review!! OK it's shared at their request. Guess they didn't read it. Another lost star and customer.
