Don't stay here. If I could leave 0 stars I would . I was not only double charged for my room but also lied to by staff. I paid in full using gift cards when booking my reservation apon checking out I realized my debit card was also charges for my transaction. I was never told there would be another charge for the room. When I told the staff about this they told me i would have the funds back by 12 the same day. I didnt. After 5 days and 6 phone calls i was informed the refund was never processed and it would take an additional 10 days to get my refund. This was a horrible experience on vacation as we had to cut it shory because i planned to use those funds for other things. The room was absolutely NOT work the $500 I ended up paying for it.
