Took one hour waiting in the waiting room and gree...

Took one hour waiting in the waiting room and greeted by crabby staff. Spent 4 hours in triage just to see a nurse. My pain was out of control, but was told by multiple people that they were busy and couldn't get to me for a while. The x-ray staff was nice, one nurse was nice, but everyone else acted like i was a bother.They claimed to be very busy, but I could hear alot of small talk VERY loudly outside my room. I was never asked if the pain meds were helping. I had two people in the room with me. Another chair was never offered. 6 hours in the room and no one was even offered water. The doctor never came in, only a P.A. The only time they were speedy was upon checkout. I will NEVER return.
