Recently left this supplier at the end of my contr...

Recently left this supplier at the end of my contract, such is life. Had no problems whatsoever during supply over 18 months. Everything worked fine, bills as expected, no problems. They did make the switch to my new supplier easy so no complaints there. The only small problems I have relates to the final bill and how this is handled.



Secondly, not their fault but my bank was in the process of altering how online payments are handled this week for new accounts that you setup and I couldn't pay online at this point so I decided to do as my threatening letter suggested and simply telephone in. I was on hold for a short time and spoke to a very polite chap who was fine, explained his terminal was "locked for payments" at the moment, couldn't transfer me to a colleague but was ever so helpful in taking down my number and promising to call me back to process the payment.

Do you think I have received the call as of 16.25hrs on 25/09/19, just over 7 hours till my pay by date?

Have since managed to pay online but one star chalked off for chasing before due with threats of additional costs and one star chalked off for your staff members not doing as they promise.

Have since managed to pay online. Thank the lord for that eh!
