Seriously, spend the extra gas and time to go across the bridge. These guys are pretty pushy. My wife is pretty upset, cause she went in to see why our Maintainance required came on, seeing as we had just gotten an oil change a few weeks ago, and they kept saying to her "You need an appointment, we can schedule you for an oil change". And eventually stopped talking to her and told her she can schedule an oil change or not. Sounds like they were trying to bully an oil change out. We are due for an oil change at 33000. We are only at 29000. We just wanted to see what was wrong but they seem like the type that if your not buying anything you can piss off. I got that same service when I went in there about 6 months ago as well, needing help with the same car but I was off that day so I went in. Shouldve left a comment then. Never going here again. Guys I recommend Arlington Toyota or Toyota at the Avenues even. Dont waste your time with these guys. They care about sales, not helping out the Toyota family.
