I bought my home from Losani in January 2016 and I am extremely disappointed in the poor craftsmanship, construction and customer services of Losani Homes. During the PDI, we noticed a plethora of defects and attempted to address them with Losani. Till this day, we are seeking to address our concerns with the company but continue to be rejected. For example, there is a large gap in the screen door of our house which causes rain water to flood in our kitchen. We have communicated this to Losani and they continue to tell us they cannot provide us with a remedy since it is past the warranty. Considering we spent over $750,000 on this house and the issues we are encountering are so hazardous, we strongly advise anyone looking to purchase a home to consider any other builder than Losani, and the several other dissatisfied reviewers of this company can attest to this as well.

RESPONSE TO LOSANI HOMES REPLY:

Thank you for taking the time to reply, however, you seem to have a lot of inaccurate information in your response, which is quite concerning.

The fact that we have had to repair so many issues in a home that was only purchased 3 years ago reinforces the poor craftsmanship.

We also provided you with a written list so I m not sure why you re suggesting you didn t receive one. Additionally, during the first week of our closing we contacted your customer service department regarding the puddle of water in the kitchen from the kitchen doors. Dale Trahan and Joe, the site supervisor came in, and said the puddle was potentially because the door may not have been closed. While we believed them but earlier this year we got the similar rain storm where the winds caused the rain to seep in and flooded the floor causing injuries and a huge mess.

As you can see in the photos attached, there is a clear gap in the door frame and when we brought this to your attention during our warranty it was verbally excused and disregarded. I m not quite sure why I would cut open a gap in my door frame. This is and should be Losani s responsibility. It is just so unfortunate that when we brought this matter up and when your staff entered our home, they didn t investigate the issue and took an easy way out of the situation.

Moreover, last week Losani scheduled a technician from Pollard Doors and Windows to come check the door and he mentioned that it was Losani s responsibility to inform Pollard Doors of the gap when we first brought up the issue during our PDI, at which point a water test should have been conducted to completely resolve this issue, but it was not, once again, reinforcing your failure to take responsibility and ensure your customers are satisfied with their homes.

Typically, when businesses receive a poor review on Google, they take the time to reach out to the customer and work together to resolve the issue thereby ensuring satisfaction. Although, Losani continues to absolve themselves of any responsibility and rather than calling us, they are responding to our review with a plethora of inaccurate information.

Very disappointed with the way Losani Homes is handling such an important issue.
