(Text removed, issue as-yet unresolved, will update at conclusion. & Yes, this is not the email I used in dealings with Kahane - I would not want the review to affect how they handle me as a client.
Update: I have no recollection of the issue being raised in person, nor was it highlighted, as is apparently standard procedure. Anyway, I haven't heard from them since, issue seems likely to remain unresolved, I don't see an outcome that would raise this review - will not update further.)
