The service people here are absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately it is impossible to call in and get help. Mechanics are atrocious. Brought my car in for a recall. Fixed in two days. After a week of driving it starts shaking and needs to be brought back. They proceed to keep my car for a month with little to no updates from the mechanic. Also extremely difficult to get a loaner vehicle.

Edit: had someone contact me and clear everything up. Excellent outfit. Appreciate the follow up.

Edit #2: I take it back. Brought my car in for a check engine light. Discovered I had an issue with my O2 censor. Gave it to them to fix. Less than a week after the light pops up again with the same issue. This is twice now that they took my car in and in less than a week it has to go back. Only reason I will be taking it back is because it is under their warrantee. We will see how they handle this, but for the moment I would not recommend you bring you car for service here. This shop has robbed me of a lot of time.

Additionally was told multiple times that someone would call me back and have yet to receive a single phone call from the manager.
