I gave them my budget, a simple list of criteria and let them perform their magic and they delivered some very high quality results.

Interviewed for an overview of what I wanted, features, sound quality and given an estimate for time and cost. It was perfectly within my budget range and I dropped off the car.

The install team interviewed me again just to clarify the type of music and preferences and they finalized a delivery date which was sooner than the initial estimate.

On delivery, Perfectionist, walked me though the features, how to connect my phone and adjust the sound for my taste. They showed me where items were installed and provided the manuals and original parts.

My impression is that it's a very clean, solid installation. I appreciate that it looks like a factory installation and that panels were put back and nothing looks out of place. It's very professional and high quality.

If there is only one minor criticism it's that we went over budget by a tiny amount without a prior phone call to authorize it. Again, it's minor and I only bring it up so that budget minded folks let them know if they would be sensitive to that type of fluctuation.

I've had systems installed from a couple different places in town on various vehicles and hesitate to recommend because installers vary but on the whole and without reservation I highly recommend Perfectionist Auto.
