I was actually extremely displeased with my experience at Ciocca Hyundai earlier this week. I test drove a car and when I asked for a quote, because I would not let the salesman pull my credit report (wasn't quite ready to purchase that day, still shopping around) that day, he said his sales manager, 'would not let him provide me with a quote unless my credit report was pulled.'

Not only did I find this extremely frustrating as a returning customer who also has referred multiple family members to also lease from Ciocca over the past 3 years, but I also took off a day of work to drive 40 miles both way (toll included both ways!) to return to Ciocca because I trusted their service and care..simply to be jerked around and told there was nothing the salesman or manager could do that day to even provide me with a BALLPARK figure!

In addition to not receiving any type of estimate during my time at the dealership, I also filled out a form online prior to test driving a car, to receive a $50 gift card. The messaging after providing my information stated that I was to receive my gift card after speaking with a sales teammate about pricing and test driving a car, both of which I did. When I provided the salesman with my confirmation number and asked about the card, he said it would be emailed to me. I still have not received anything at all.

Not only will I not be a returning customer, I will also no longer be referring a single person to Ciocca due to the poor way I was treated after going far and beyond out of my way to continue my service with the Ciocca franchise.
