Unfortunately my experience with the Taj Campton Place is not a good one; However, this review pertains to the management, not the hotel itself.

I understand that some policies hold strong, but when a customer is trying everything in their power to come to some sort of middle agreement, I don t see how a special gesture or exception can t be made.

I don t believe that the customer is always right, but I do believe in compromise and this hotel s management is certainly out of touch with that part of their customer service.
