John Taylor Hospice CIC Review

Member of our family was cared for at JT hospice Bham after being diagnosed with terminal illness. We recieved fantastic support and service right from the start to his last days. All the staff including nurses and Doctor are very supportive, professional, caring and always there when you need them. It helped our family knowing he was in a good place with the care he needed towards end of his life. Thank you once again to all the staff nurses and doctor. Ali and family.

Outstanding team of doctors and nurses, they took great care of my dad.

The care they gave to my mother was amazing, best place for palliative care. Can not recommend this place enough.

Maggie , Pippa and Sandra are the most amazing nurses !!!!!!!!! Thank you for all the treatment, support and TLC you gave to my Dad You kept us all together . You listened to what my Dad wanted . You were so kind to us all .
You are such exceptional Nurses !!!!!!!!!! I just wish the NHS was full of Pippas , Sandras and Maggie s !!!!! And Pippa it was such a blessing for us to have you there as you know our family and knew Dad from years ago .
The Nurses also on the 24 hour phone line gave such comfort and support when I needed advice and support re my Dad

The care and support they gave my mom and my siblings was amazing, so supportive, so caring .Please support these wonderful people so that they can care for other families the way they cared for mine.

Such a great hospice. My grandma had Lung Cancer and she was staying in this hospice. I cannot even explain how brilliant this hospice is. The staff treated the patients like their own family and the environment within the hospice was very friendly. I would recommend this hospice to anyone as I thing that they provide the best care in the whole of Birmingham.

My beautiful wife spent the last few days of her life here. The staff go over and above the call of duty to make this end of life experience as painfree physically and emotionally, for both patients and family. I am indebted to them always. My love and gratitude to you all...
