One of the worst luxury hotels I ve stayed at. The tiles on the facade of the tub are broken and falling off. The air conditioning doesn t work. Spot-lights shine in to the room and the curtains do little to block out the light, plus one cannot shut them as the windows will need to be open for the air. Got accosted by security for taking a photo in the lobby, despite no other guests being present. The toilet broke. The drain to the bathroom sink won t open to drain water. There is signs of water damage in multiple areas of the room. Cracks in some walls. The left sconce bathroom light is out. This is all just in our hotel room, and AFTER we were upgraded to a balcony room on the 6th floor due to additional issues upon arrival. Not to mention the bed is very firm. Sheets rough. Pillows flat. And prices of everything additional is insane; high-speed internet, at just 20 MBPS, is 200 a night (and no that is not a typo). A cola from the mini bar is 9. A beach chair for the day, so long as you don t leave the beach, is 35.

The only pros are that the building is lovely looking with all the marble and the shower s water pressure is tremendous.
