In October 2013 we visited Montenegro for the first time. The beautiful towns of Perest, Kotor, Herceg-Novi & Prcanji really captured our hearts & we made our minds up to look for a suitable holiday home. We made contact with a British real estate agent Peter Flynn who had lived in the country for several years. Peter literally took us under his wing and chauffeured us around Kotor, Tivat and the Lustica Peninsula. We looked at Townhouses, old farmhouses, Vilas and various flats in and around Kotor and Tivat, but we realised that a property on the Lustica Peninsula would suit us best with its rural unspoiled feel, lovely beaches and clear waters. To cut a long story short, by the end of the week we d found a lovely house in a quiet village on Lustica with stunning views of Mamula and the Prevlaka peninsula. Peter was so helpful and guided us through the purchasing process, offered the best advice and introduced us to the right people to do this smoothly. We are very grateful to him for all the time and effort he spent with us that week and thereafter.
