Hmmmm, I read the posts here, but my experiences with them ( Springboard) over past two years has been very good. Good on explanations, good on service and the owner was available when I was having a problem with Apple and fought to get them to make things right. There is a new Apple store opening, and Im sure it will get more competitive. I would bet on the local guys working even harder. I like Apple to, and they do a lot of things right, but Im gonna stick with the local guys.
