We bought a beautiful Toyota Tacoma from Honda of Seattle with the stellar help of Steven and CJ, it was the easiest car purchase we have ever made. We traded in a vehicle and were given a very fair value for our vehicle. The trade in was on the higher end of what Steven had estimated before we went down. Steven communicated by text and had all of my questions answered before we arrived. We arrived at 5:40PM with a vehicle to trade in and we were financed and out the door with our new truck washed and filled up with gas a little after 7PM.
CJ was professional and very easy to work with. I love the no haggle pricing and the vehicle was even nicer than advertised. Everyone we dealt with from start to finish was up front, honest, and we never felt pressured or pushed.
I am not a fan of buying a vehicle, I actually usually HATE the process but I won't hesitate in the future, I will be using Honda of Seattle and asking for Steven and or CJ. Thanks guys!
