Washington Energy came out ( right on time) to do ...

Washington Energy came out ( right on time) to do a repair on my heat pump. The tech was able to find the issue, but unable to test the unit as the temp outside was too cold. The auxiliary heat had already taken over and the tech had more service calls to make. He left me his card and said he would come back if needed ( at no cost to me) if the part he replaced didn't fix the issue. Needless to say, everything is working like it should. Thank you very much Washington Energy!
