I was traveling over 300 miles to a wedding in Oxford MS from Tenneseee and as a female traveling alone your biggest fear is your car breaking down and it happen to me. Fortunately for me I was 5 miles from CarLock Toyota in Tupelo. It was about 4:00 so the end of their day. They were awesome. A young man named Blake in the service department was truly kind and Honest! They Knew I was nervous and he was very reassuring that they would help me figure it out. The bad news was there was a problem and not cheap, however, the good news was they could fix it. I was able to rent a loaner and make it to Oxford for the wedding. Blake was very helpful spoke with my husband and texted me what they had found wrong. I was able to check with my mechanic back in TN and was reassured that CarLock was right on the money about the cost of the problem and that it needed to be done.
