They are worth their Michelin star, that's for sure. Clever dishes with Nordic inspiration and ingredients. The atmosphere is fine dining but not too up-tight. As usual with this kind of dining, do reserve the time to enjoy properly. 3 hours is just enough for the tasting menu. It not just about great food but also the joy of new culinary experiences.
