Its 11pm at night and there is literally one lady in the women and children department doing all the work. The other four are sitting around gossiping talking about there boyfriends downstairs and quoting movie characters. All while, we have two young tired kids sitting here waiting quietly and patiently for there mother to get looked at. She got tripped by the dog and fell and hasn't felt the baby move since. You'd think these would be precious moments JUST IN CASE but instead they leave one woman to to do everything and she has different customers backing up. I dont care what your job is, in this case they should be helping. But they have no problem taking time out of there conversation to tell me I have to go sit in a different waiting room away from there mother with the kids so the other customers can sit down. Even though I already sat one kid on my lap and made room. These women are a joke. Except for the nice lady doing the paperwork.. save your self the bullsh*t and go to flint... believe it or not you'll probably get treated bettr.
