I own an LG fridge - the water dispenser tube broke and started leaking _ I called LG customer service and arranged for a technician to come - the technician came, looked at the fridge and said he will have to go back and order a part - I later get a call from LG that part is not available but they would offer a prorate for me to replace my fridge - and guess what - with the prorate offered - I would have to shove out $1500 at least to buy a fridge similar to what I have - so I decline the prorate offer and request for them to order the part - that I was told had to be shipped from South Korea and would take a couple of months - today - its been more than 6 months!!! The executive service team guy that I am in touch with(BTW he wouldnt return emails in time- customer service lady disconnected my call -the email to customer service never got me an answer) says there is still not EAT for the part- so much for 'Life's Good' at LG - totally frustrated with LG! Life is definitely not good for me with LG!!
