Since several complain about who manages telephone reservations, as a private facility I would take this into account. I don't usually write anything publicly. I have no social media of any kind and I don't like playing "judgment". But the person who answered the switchboard tonight had such a questionable tone as to bring me to this report. I recommend as a "client" to exclude mediocre staff in order not to appear mediocre as a structure.
