3 hours to get oil change but that was not the problem as I dropped off and didn t care it took 3 hours. But, the bogus $2 shop fees are just wrong and are just a 10% profit adder with no meaning. No one there could explain the shop fee which confirms it s fake. The shop fee increases with bill size as well which confirms again it is just a profit adder.
