Decidedly average. Wasn't particularly good to watch the rugby, indeed the volume was turned town to the point you could barely hear the commentary.

Food was average. Chips were undercooked and tasteless, the veggies were bland and anaemic. Steak and ale pie was good but the battered cod had seen better days.

Service was friendly enough and helpful. Loved the building, really quirky and probably good for drinking in only. But for watching live sports or eating, I'd probably go elsewhere.
