I am the owner of Open City Healing Arts, a busy acupuncture practice in Center City. When my credit card reader quit working and I narrowed the problem down to the audiojack of my iphone I dropped by the big noisy Apple store and was politely told to go away, make an appointment online and come back next week.
I then called Springboard, where a friendly guy named Sung looked in the jack with a special light, and then picked a big wad of lint out of it with a paperclip, and then took the time to make sure the card reader was functioning. I was so grateful, I offered him a free treatment!
