Took my car in to trade in. was end of the moth of Jan sposed to be big sale they took my car see how it look and they can do with the trade in. Been there over hour they didn't even drop price of the car what's with the big sale when they don't drop the price or give more on trade in, we know how much my car is worth after looking at another dealer before them. We had enough of being there ask for keys to my car they said the boss had it he go get the keys. When guy/sales came back didn't have my car started to explain price of the car trying to sale same price nothing changing ask for my keys again he ignored me. This time I had enough ask again for my keys with louder voice hr went got the boss he came over was trying to explain price of the car still keeping price the same ask for my keys 3 times by the 4th I got really loud finely they gave my keys. Never have been treated like that before will not buy car from them after going threw that. Did get a car that another dealer gave me with sale drop price gave more on trade in that was Larry h Miller in bountiful great survive there they never push u in to car don't like. Also went to Chevrolet on st street they where so nice we told them wanted to go look at Toyota they said oh yea go. Well Toyota was being going over price told them we just over there giving them bad name and everything. Not about down talking other business how treat your customers
