I showed up this morning for a blood sample with direct FASI convention. I asked how the other times to have the report online but I was replied by Mrs. Silvia that it is no longer possible because the deductible account takes too long and that I will have to go in two days to collect the report and pay the deductible which apparently are not able to calculate quickly. A big deterioration, I will go to another more organized structure
