If you are looking for a high end luxury hotel near Central Park, The Pierre might be up your alley. Recently stayed there and we used one of the conference rooms for a truck litigaiton group board meeting.
The over the top "extra" costs were more than disappointing. For instance, a member of our group had to participate remotely because of hurricane Dorian. The hotel charged $600 to simply put a speaker phone in a conference room. There were many other excessive charges as well.
