One star is actually generous of me... CUSTOMER SERVICE is not part of the LG "Good Life" motto that's for darn sure... . I feel sorry for those folks on the customer support line, they can't do anything for customers except anger us. The fault resides squarely on LG and the quality of their products. We'll be posting our video of the Washing Machine frequent break down issues. This is the 2nd time it broke, both times it takes a technician up to 4 days to show up, then they don't have the part, then the part is on back order,.... blah blah blah... excuses, poor service. LG does not provide customer service.
