Unbelievable customer service. Losani member Davide. D went above and beyond providing customer service. We recently bought another Losani home and we brought forward an issue that Losani didn't have to do anything about (in a legal sense) but to try to make their customer happy, Davide D went out of his way to address our issue. This customer service is why we bought again with Losani and why we highly recommend others do so!!
