All salesmen were helpful as I had come in a number of times comparing different cars to the Toyota. After two weeks of looking I made the decision and we were able to negotiate a fair deal, not as good as I wanted but fair. What amazed me was their credit department getting me better deal than my credit union and them also selling me their most expensive bumper to bumper coverage and having it make sense to purchase that as it will almost pay for itself in maintenance costs and give peace of mind for 7 years. I did not like the promises afterwards for delivery of the car (had to swap with another dealer for what we wanted) which took 2 1/2 days. There was NO TIME provided to really give me thorough explanation of how all things worked, which would have been nice. I am happy with the car at this point. Overall the service after the approvals needed to be more customer oriented. Waited 45 minutes to get sales documents/sales pitch for warrantee, and then a day almost from promised pickup to actual delivery. The salesmen was a gentlemen and did his best to see that I got what I wanted.
