Our salesman Dominique was so genuine. We came in due to a series of unfortunate events. I swear Dominque was there to help before I climbed out of the tow truck. Sure sure, he is a salesperson, but as the service Dept tried to get to the bottom of our issue,?he offered us lasagna! Truly just looking out for us. He even offered us a place to stay at his moms house! We were 12 hrs from home without a credit card for a car rental.
At the end of the day we had traded our Pacifica, bought a Jeep, ate some KFC on the house, laughed over impersonations from the GM and had help from our salesman unloading our van and the loaner and repacking the Jeep. He worked hours past closing without even a grumble about it.
