I travel quite a bit for work, and am not a high maintenance person. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was typical hotel food, not excellent but not bad. Room was great, clean and large.
Here s why I left 4 starts instead of 5:
#1 - The HVAC unit was right next to the bed, like 2 feet away. When the AC is running, you are freezing, but otherwise, when the AC was not running, the room temperature was fine. I wish they would place the bed somewhere else, there s a ton of space in the rooms.
#2 - they charge $8/day for parking. Seriously?!? There s street parking everywhere. The parking lot was 2/3 empty the entire time during my stay. I ended up parking on the street, for free. It s Omaha, not DC or SF where parking is impossible to find.
#3 - Only had soft pillows provided in my room, and woke up with neck and back pain after the second night.
If I have to come back to Omaha, I may try a different hotel.
