Saturday at check in we had to be moved to another...

Saturday at check in we had to be moved to another room because there was BLOOD ON THE MIRROR! And the room had not been cleaned.
After we were moved to building 16, the maid service walked into the room with the privacy tag on the door. The food was incredibly over priced and gross. The shuttle drivers pass your building after being asked to stop. So many things to list explaining why we WILL NOT BE BACK.
The pools were nice and clean, as well as the bar staff- explaining the 2 stars instead of just 1.
For soo many hundreds a night this was such a disappointment.
