No wheelchair access. Restaurant is on second floor. We came after lunch but before dinner time; there was no wait for a table. The place felt overstaffed for about 25% full. Seated quickly and friendly staff. I got the Lava Lava Flow and my wife ordered the Original Brown Nipple with Banana. Both were very good but my pineapple slice tasted mostly like core. She orderd the Fish and Chips, and I, the Fresh Hawaiian Ahi Sandwhich. Her fish was very good; flaky and nicely done batter. My Ahi was far too over done. It was even stated it would be medium rare, and they reminded me this as well. It came back well done. I was dissapointed by it. I was hungry and it still tasted fine; but was a waste of what it should have been.
