Wish I cover give it zero stars instead... LG should be embarrassed to even have a customer service... my TV broke after 2 weeks of use and after 3 weeks of frustration going back and forth with them, some representative that didn't even identify himself just left me a voicemail stating that they don't have the part to fix it and are washing their hands of the problem... leaving it up to me to contact the store I bought it from to get a replacement.... absolutely insulting that no one with seniority will call me back and that their documented promise of replacing the TV is not being honoured... I strongly recommend that no one considers LG for their personal entertainment... it's a TV for God's sake not the space shuttle.. how can you not have parts to fix it??
