Scheduled appointment online and when I arrived on Friday was told they didn't have time to complete work so sent me home with a loaner car. Saturday I called at 10 am to see if car was done and was told that I would be called back. After an hour without receiving a call I called again because we had to be leaving for a wedding. I was told that I was on the list to be called back. Shortly afterwards I was called by the team manager and was told my car should be ready in 2 hours. I explained that we had to leave, Monday was Labor Day, and I didn't want to wait until Tuesday when I'd have to take off work to pick up my car (I work 35 minutes away). My car was ready 30 minutes later and I swapped cars on the way to the wedding with my family along. The service on my car was great but the hassle was a pain.
