Our heater was not working, called Beutler around ...

Our heater was not working, called Beutler around 11:00 AM and the service technician, Andrew Galvan, was at my house within an hour. He was professional and very cordial and he explained the problem in a manner that even "I" could understand. Great Job Andrew! I will definitively recommend Beutler and Andrew.
