The ER front desk is staffed with rude incompetent...

The ER front desk is staffed with rude incompetent people. The attending physicians in the back are just as rude. They are lazy and quick to discharge without a complete work up.
My grandson couldn't get treated for a damn broken nose . He was told . Yep..it's broken....and discharged. What a bunch of incompetent staff!!!!
