I had to fight them to honor their own "price match" guarantee, an after almost 2 hours in the store bickering back and forth with the manager, they gave me In-store Credit, because giving me the difference would have put them "below their cost" on the item. Well then don't have a friggin price match policy if your not willing to honor it in certain scenarios. Also I tried buying an item online. Worst experience ever. They almost sold me an item, under the premise of it being available in the store for pickup. Luckily I had the good sense to call the store to verify first-and it's out of stock. No customer service phone number to call corporately. I am not emailing or writing them a fax or letter. Shame on this company for not having a way to resolve problems immediately. They will not be in business long if they don't make MAJOR changes!!!
