Hotel sucks with one word. 3 friends had opted for the holiday, but from the moment we entered the hotel, the world was destroyed. I cannot understand what they put into this five-star hotel category which conceives this hotel. We had to wait for the two staffs to intervene with each other to carry our luggage to our room.
