My husband and I had a truly phenomenal experience! The team at Infiniti of Ardmore are Professional, Courteous, Patient and Honest. Our sales consultant was Mic Orlando and our experience with him was great - so refreshing after being pushed around at other dealerships. Mic has a calm, kind and patient personality and he is very competent regarding the vehicles we were inquiring about and he provided us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision. While we were waiting for the car to come around to test drive, Nick the sales Manager introduced himself and let us know if we needed anything at all he would be happy to be of service. He too was personable and professional without being pushy. After deciding which vehicle we were going to move forward with negotiation was straight forward, easy and very fair and we were very satisfied with our deal. We highly recommend this dealership. Mic Orlando and Nick the manager were wonderful to work with. I know we will be working with them again in the future!
