Practically impossible to be able to talk to an operator in order to book an EGC that I would have done privately, tried several times during the day, left data with a phone number as told by the pre-recorded disc to be contacted, they never called me. ... thank goodness it's not a public hospital and they live only with visits .... booked elsewhere
