The 'Warranties and Services' counter should be more customer friendly. This is my experience few days back:
1) Person on counter didn't acknowledge our presence while we were patiently waiting (standing) there for 15 mins, while he attended to other customer.
2) While asking on how to get a warranty for faulty products (i.e. whether they need original bill or credit card used to make a purchase), he kept on repeating that 'device is not faulty' (to which I didn't disagree based on his diagnosis) , without trying to understand the question first.
Overall, I am satisfied with prompt diagnosis but the attitude of person turned me off. Management can have customer-centric employees staffed at positions with customer interfacing duties. Also, pls have some seating arrangements for elderly or people with special needs in 'Warranties and Services' area. Thanks
