You can change the name of this place all you want... It's still a joke in the inside. Most** of the staff in ICU suck. Lost a good friend/roommate this morning. Sugar coated everything we were told from last Thursday until Sunday night. Never contacted anyone listed to let us know what was going on. Told me to call my friends cell phone RIGHT AFTER SURGERY because they weren't allowed to give information via phone. Not even 5 minutes later, my mil called and they told her what was going on ... Just not everything. Only call we received was 4 days after he was admitted and it was to find out who makes decisions on his behalf. Very unprofessional. If I knew he was as sick as he was I would've have the EMTs take him elsewhere.
