- I knew my brakes needed replacement from previous service records. These guys told me my brakes were fine. Brakes later made an unusually loud sound consistently and I had to get them replaced in emergency from other mechanic within 1 month of service at Honda
- I had just bought a used car when I went to Honda of Seattle. They recommended 4 things to be serviced/replaced. I wanted to be risk free, so agreed for all 4. On checking service records with previous owner, 3 out of 4 things were not needed

I reached out to them with this feedback and they offered me a free oil change. Really?
