Worst customer Service EVER!!! I was told to wait...

Worst customer Service EVER!!! I was told to wait 90 days to hear back on a claim for damage that a new LG fridge has caused to our home. Waited 90 days and still fighting to get any kind of answer. Will not answer emails, will not tell me anything over the phone.
I will not be making the mistake of purchasing another LG appliance.
I would give them no stars but I am forced to put 1.
Buyer be warned.
