Way overgrown, and musty. The bamboo outside our back porch was awful. Shower leaked all over floor. Horrible, uncomfortable beds. Dated and Need ceiling fans. There were nails sticking up on deck stairs leading up to cabana to get towels. I will say staff was excellent, very friendly and tried to be accommodating. One thing that bothered me was the fact I didn't realize the hotel was pet friendly (I still can't locate it on the website) which caused my husbands allergies to act up. In a nutshell not worth 400+ a night. We were really looking forward to this vacation as we love the cape but are tremendously disappointed.
